| I am the second owner of this car, I purchased the car in '95 from the estate of the original owner. This vehicle was stored in an underground parking garage from approximately '81 to '95 which accounts for its 'time-capsule' condition. This vehicle comes complete with the Owners Manual. The original owner had the engine, alternator and water and fuel pumps rebuilt, and also replated the front bumper and repainted the car at some point during his ownership, but I can offer no details on timing as he is now deceased. My father (master mechanic for 60+ years and locally sought-after restorer of vintage and antique automobiles) repaired the minor rust that had appeared in the rear quarter bottoms and completely rejuvenated the engine compartment in winter '07. All cosmetics are intact and well-maintained |
